Quentin Van Lowrance, age 56, of Lubbock passed away peacefully in his brother’s home in Floydada on Tuesday, October 27, 2020, after a brief battle with cancer.
A graveside service was held at 2 p.m., Saturday, October 31, 2020 at the Lakeview Cemetery.
Arrangements were under the personal care of Moore-Rose Funeral Home in Floydada.
Van was born on January 13, 1964 in Plainview, Texas to Gene and Tiny Lowrance.
He attended school in Floydada and later began his career as a fuel delivery truck driver. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle in his spare time.
Van is preceded in death by his father, Gene Lowrance.
Those left to cherish Van’s memory are his mother, Tiny; his brother, Clay and wife, Patti; one niece, Magan Lambert of Plainview; two nephews, Matt Whittington of Stratford and Tucker Lowrance of Plainview. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
