FLOYD COUNTY- On Monday, April 6, Floyd County reported its first positive case of the Coronavirus.
That person is a 65-year-old female, and the case is travel related. She is not hospitalized at this time.
Floyd County Judge Marty Lucke said, “The lady was visiting a family member out of town, and as she was traveling home she received a call that her family member had tested positive for the COVID-19 virus. The lady drove straight to the Lockney Cogdell Clinic. The test was performed outside in the lady’s vehicle. The lady has been self-quarantined and has been around no one.”
