The Hesperian-Beacon
FLOYD COUNTY – Texas A&M AgriLife Extension office announced the winners of the January 4-H photo contest. The theme was nighttime. These photos are judge by an outside Texas A&M AgriLife agent.
First place went to Preslie Brooks with her horse and rider photo. Second place went to Wyatt Bigham with his nighttime tree photo. Third place went to Sierra Snowden with her castle photo.
These are beautiful photos and these kids take this contest seriously and they have so much fun doing it.
Recently some of the kids had a fun day in Lubbock. They hike around town and learned different techniques used in photography.
The photography curriculum teaches youth about photography as art and science while developing and applying skills in film-based and digital photography.
