Courtesy photo—Wendell and Dustee Sollis presented the Lockney Volunteer Fire Department and the Floydada Volunteer Fire Department with a check for $10,000.00 each from the proceeds of the Country Christmas Ball held on December 7 at the Floyd County Friends Unity Center. Wendell Sollis and the Sidekicks All Star band entertained a crowd of over 500 people with classic country, big band and swing music.
