Allison Rachelle Griggs, 29, of Brownwood, passed away Friday, August 9, 2019.
Two memorial services will be held; Saturday, August 17, 2019 at 1 p.m. at Rocky Creek Baptist Church in Brownwood Texas, Rick Justus will officiate; and in Lubbock, Wednesday, August 28 at 10 a.m. at St. Luke’s Methodist church, Andy Hurst will officiate.
Allison was born on March 16, 1990, in Lockney, Texas to Kennith “Kenny” and Judy (Davis) Griggs.
She attended school in Floydada and graduated in 2008. She was active in scouting, 4-H, FFA, band, and church. She enjoyed making handicrafts, baking, decorating cakes, and fishing.
Allison leaves behind her boyfriend, Ricky Isbell and support dog, Coco, of Brownwood; mother, Judy Griggs of Lubbock; brother, Derrick Griggs and wife, Reba of Levelland; step-mother, Christy Griggs of Petersburg; step-brother, Zeke Vickers of Petersburg; nephew, Royce Griggs of Levelland; grandmother, Helen Griggs, of Floydada; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
She was proceeded in death by her father, Kenny Griggs and grandparents, Wiley Griggs and James and Lucy Mae Davis.
