Bonifacio Cuevas age 89, of Floydada, passed away on Sunday, June 16, 2019.
Mass of Christian Burial was held at 2 p.m., Saturday, June 22, 2019 at St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church in Floydada.
Interment followed at the Floydada Cemetery.
Rosary was recited at 7 p.m., Friday, June 21, 2019 at Moore-Rose Funeral Home in Floydada. Arrangements were under the personal care of Moore-Rose Funeral Home of Floydada.
Bonifacio was born June 5, 1930 to Bernado and Erlinda (Martinez) Cuevas in Franklin, Texas. His favorite thing to do was watch Dallas Cowboys football games and attend every Whirlwind home football game. He was a great man who helped anyone and everyone after mentioning something about the “Ole days”.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Gloria Cuevas and a son, Bonifacio Cuevas, Jr.
Bonifacio is survived by three daughters, Margie Cuevas and husband, Gilbert, Sanjuana Dallas and husband, Andrew, and the baby, Corina Cuevas. He had six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. He also leaves behind numerous nieces and nephews. He will be missed by many relatives and friends. You will be missed Dad.
