Gloria (Vasquez) Cavazos, 75, of Floydada Texas, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, February 17, 2019 in Floydada Texas.
A Mass of Christian Service was held at 2 p.m., Saturday, February 23, 2019 at St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church in Floydada.
Burial followed at the Floyd County Memorial Park in Floydada.
Visitation was held at 6:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m., Wednesday-Friday, February 20-22, 2019. Rosary was held each day at 7:00 p.m. at Moore-Rose Funeral Home in Floydada.

Gloria was born on September 5, 1943 to Adelmiro and Guadalupe Vasquez in Falfurrias Texas. She married the love of her life Roberto H. Cavazos in Haskell Texas on January 8, 1962. They resided in Floydada where they raised their eight children.
Gloria was dearly loved by many. Her laughter and endeared personality would easily attract so many people. She loved the Lord and enjoyed sharing her testimony to others and being God’s tool in bringing others to Christ. Gloria’s greatest pleasure was received when spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, as well as tending to her plants and roses.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Roberto H. Cavazos in 2016 and her daughter, RoxAnn Cavazos in 1995, her parents, and siblings.
Gloria is survived by her children, Robert (Carmen) Cavazos, MaryAnn (Moises) Reyes, Salvador Cavazos, Ruby (Rafael) Espinoza, Rick Cavazos, Jimmie (Tiffany) Cavazos, and JoAnn (Victor) Chavarria; her grandchildren, Antonio David (Angelica) Cavazos, Rocky Reyes, Christopher (Kasumi)Reyes, Devin Reyes, Andrew Tyson (Felisha) Cavazos, Crystal (Marty) Medellin, Jeremy (Ashley) Espinoza, Roxanne Espinoza, Rafael Jr. Espinoza, Matthew Cavazos, RoxAnn Cavazos, Justin Cavazos, Tristan Cavazos, Corey Cavazos, Madison Cavazos, Casey Cavazos, Joshua Chavarria, RoxAnn Chavarria; her great-grandchildren, Elyanna Medellin, Karah Cavazos, Nori Medellin, Hannah Espinoza, Emma Espinoza, Jaden Espinoza and Abel Espinoza; and her pet, Sweet pea.
