A busy start to April on the South Plains

While the total solar eclipse that will cross North America, passing over Mexico, the United States, and Canada—including a wide swath of Texas at midday—won’t be viewable anywhere in Texas Caprock Country, scores of events and festivals are slated from border counties to the Hill Country to northeast Texas.
