Lockney will hear and consider options to possibly expand and enhance its local water supply during a Nov. 23 meeting with the USDA’s director of rural development.
The meeting is set for 10 a.m. and could be the first step in the community not only gaining access to additional water resources but also upgrading its existing water infrastructure, City Manager Buster Poling said.
