The Floydada girls basketball team has picked right up where it left off last season, using balanced offense and disciplined defense to get off to a great start. The Lady Winds improved their District 4-2A record to 5-0 last week with an 86-31 victory against Lockney on Tuesday and a 50-32 win over Smyer on Friday.
